After the samples are confirmed, mass production is launched. We use advanced forming processes, such as the “blow-blow method” or “press-blow method,” to ensure the bottle body is uniformly formed and has an outstanding texture. They monitor key indicators, including raw material purity, bottle body integrity, dimensional accuracy, and transparency, to prevent unqualified products from entering the market.

After the products are cooled, they are sorted, cleaned, and dried. Then, we package glass bottles with professional, shock- and scratch-resistant materials to prevent damage during transportation.
