1. About Packaging
Glass bottles are most susceptible to damage from collisions and compression during transportation, so we dedicate extra effort to packaging.
Depending on the size and quantity of the bottles, we use shock-absorbing foam dividers, thickened cardboard boxes, and individual inner linings to protect your glass bottles. This minimizes collisions and abrasions, ensuring your liquor bottles arrive in perfect condition.
In actual shipping, we also consider uncontrollable situations that may occur during long-distance transportation, so we stipulate a quantity tolerance of ±2% in the order. This ensures that even if a small number of bottles are damaged during transportation, it will not affect the customer’s normal use.
2. About Warranty and Returns/Exchanges
Under normal use and storage conditions, if the glass bottles have quality defects due to manufacturing processes or materials, such as bottle breakage, uneven thickness, deformed bottle necks, or poor sealing, we will provide corresponding after-sales support.
It should be noted that problems caused by rough handling during transportation, improper storage, human error during use, or normal wear and tear are generally not covered by the warranty.
If you find any obvious damage, quality issues, or discrepancies in quantity upon receiving the glass bottles, please contact us within 7 business days. You will need to provide your order number, product information, and relevant photos or videos so that we can quickly understand and verify the situation. Once confirmed, we will arrange for replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions based on the actual circumstances to minimize any inconvenience.
3. Ruisheng After-Sales Service Process
After receiving the glass bottles, we recommend that you quickly check the outer packaging for any damage, verify the quantity, and check for any damage during transportation. If there are any issues, please inform us promptly, and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.
If you notice any abnormalities with the glass bottles, please send us your order information and clear photos or videos so that we can determine the cause of the problem.

We will assess the specific situation and communicate with you to determine the most appropriate solution.
After the problem is resolved, we will follow up to ensure that the customer has successfully received the replacement product or the corresponding resolution.
