Frosting

Frosting is a common bottle surface treatment method that uses acid etching or sandblasting to create a uniform, matte texture on the glass. Through controlled chemical etching processes, Frosting can create a uniform, translucent matte finish on the glass surface. The treated bottle has a smooth feel and a subtly sophisticated look, without glaring reflections. It is ideal for vodka, whiskey, tequila, and similar products. The matte layer is stable, resists fading, and can be layered with processes such as spraying, hot stamping, and screen printing to enrich the overall effect and add depth to the bottle.

Spray Coating

Spray coating is the application of an organic paint evenly to the glass surface using spray technology. This method allows for full or partial coverage of various finishes and colors. Even with a single color, the bottle can achieve a variety of styles, including solid colors, gradients, and variations in transparency. The sprayed surface adheres firmly and resists peeling. It can also be combined with other processes such as hot stamping, screen printing, and decals to give the entire bottle a more sophisticated design.

Ruisheng Glass offers a variety of effects, including glossy, matte, metallic, pearlescent, transparent, and gradient colors.

Screen Printing

Screen printing uses a mesh-based stencil to transfer ink directly onto glass, allowing for precise and repeatable designs. It is one of the most versatile and widely used decoration methods.

It is highly suitable for multi-color design (it is recommended not to exceed four colors to ensure optimal clarity) and can guarantee precise color matching. And the finished product possesses fade-resistant and scratch-resistant properties, with permanent adhesion to the glass surface.

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic foil onto a pre-printed or blank glass surface. Through high temperature and pressure, the metallic foil adheres firmly to the glass surface, resulting in clear lines and a strong reflective effect. Hot stamping is commonly used for brand logos, years, badges, etc. This method creates a raised tactile effect and gives the glass a luxurious sheen.

Ruisheng Glass offers a variety of high-gloss metallic finishes, such as gold, silver, rose gold, and blue gold.

Label Decal

The label decal process uses high-temperature baking to cure inks or glazes, ensuring the logo adheres firmly to the bottle’s surface. This process applies to high-end liquor bottles, such as brand bottles of whisky, vodka, brandy, etc. It can enhance the aesthetics and durability of the bottle, and also improve brand recognition.

High-temperature (approximately 600°C) and low-temperature (approximately 180°C) options are available. High-temperature labels offer excellent wear resistance. Low-temperature labels provide more vibrant colors, stronger three-dimensional effects, and greater design flexibility.

Electroplating

Electroplating is a process that gives glass bottles a metallic mirror effect. Under vacuum conditions, a layer of metal (such as chromium or aluminum) is deposited onto the glass surface, creating a mirror-like or metallic luster. Electroplated glass has high reflectivity and strong adhesion, and can be dyed to achieve various shades such as gold, rose gold, and blue. Electroplating places higher demands on bottle shape and quality. Ruisheng can ensure that the final glass bottles are clean, bright, and free of impurities.

Paper Labels

Paper labels are the most common and flexible way to decorate wine bottles. We produce custom paper labels in materials such as coated, laser-cut, synthetic, or metallic paper. We can also enhance the visual appeal of the labels through processes such as lamination, embossing, gravure printing, hot stamping, or precision die-cutting. Paper labels are moderately priced and fit various bottle shapes. They are suitable for wine brands that want more design variety while maintaining stable production.

Our labels are easy to apply and provide reliable performance in various environments, making them ideal for brands that require high-quality images and frequently change designs.
