The raw material for glass bottles is ultra-high purity quartz sand that has undergone multiple screenings to ensure its purity. During the melting stage, we precisely control the high-temperature furnace to maintain the stability and uniformity of the molten glass. We regularly inspect, maintain, and replace the molds to prevent molding defects. When annealing glass bottles, we strictly adhere to temperature and time control specifications to eliminate internal stress and improve the strength and stability of the glass bottles. Our quality inspection team works closely with the production team throughout the melting, molding, testing, and packaging processes. We ensure that every glass container meets uniform standards and has reliable quality.
